We want you to feel completely confident when you buy from us so if you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase then you are welcome to arrange a return by notifying us. All items: you can return what you buy to us in new condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for replacement or refund. It' so easy.
Return instructions:
If you would like to make a return, please notify us by email handmde.lv@gmail.com and provide the following information:
- Product name, code and price.
- Provide us with reason for the return (arrived damaged, incorrect item, wrong size, changed my mind, other (explain) ).
- The item(s) should be returned in the condition they were received including the boxes.
- Shipping for returned order must be paid by the customer. We suggest that you use a first or second class signed for delivery service. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent.
- Generally, refund will be made within 48 hours but please allow 5 days from the date we receive the return for credit. Please note that any postage charges will not be included in the refund.
- In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 14 days of you receiving them complete with jewellery packaging. If your item are faulty, please contact us with details of the fault and item straight away.
We will send appropriate instructions for return within 2 business days.
Goods not Received:
- Claims in relation to goods charged but not received should be made within 30 days of the statement charge. Failure to do so may affect your claim.
Unjustified Returns:
- We do reserve the right to send goods back to you if they are not in new condition, not in the original packaging or if you have returned the incorrect items.
Exceptions:
- We do not exchange or refund earrings for Health and Safety reasons , unless the item is faulty.
